Like Blynn, Krisanne Shideler’s experience as a patent examiner with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) is invaluable to clients of BLK Law Group. Krisanne has prosecution experience from both sides of the examining desk, spending several years examining patent applications in chemical fields and working later as a patent agent. She has patent prosecution experience in the chemical corporate environment and in a large Pittsburgh intellectual property firm. Her B.S. in chemical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, conferred with university honors, and her additional experience in the chemical industry as a research engineer, provide the BLK Law Group with expertise in an additional discipline.
